We can set up at any accessible venue across Cape Town, Somerset West, Paarl and Stellenbosch — including private homes, event venues, gardens, offices and schools. Please share your venue details when requesting a quote.
The trolley can cater for 10 to 100+ guests. We scale the cupcake quantities and supplies to match your guest count. For very large events, we can set up multiple trolley stations.
Hire periods are typically 2–4 hours, but we can accommodate shorter or longer durations. Please discuss your timing requirements when requesting a quote.
Yes! All trolley hire packages include a trained Sweetcheeks host who manages the station, assists guests and ensures everyone has a great experience throughout the event.
We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free requirements. Please advise us of any dietary needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly for all your guests.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events. For peak season (November–January), booking 4–6 weeks ahead is advisable.
